Good day folks! I am nearly there. I am down to the last 30 packages. I was hoping my next update would be that everything is complete, but as there are looming changes happening to international shipping I thought I would put USA based backers minds at ease.

I am prioritising the last handful of US bound packages - these will ship tomorrow and should avoid the tariffs coming into effect at the end of the month.

Any remaining unshipped after this will be sent in the next couple of weeks. I hoped to get everything sent this week but many of the remaining packages are the ones with everything in them, so they take longer to do. Thank you for your patience and they will be on their way very soon!!

If you have had your dispatch email but haven't received your package yet, please email [email protected] once the following durations have passed:

UK packages - please allow two weeks

International packages - please allow 12 weeks

I can claim for lost packages up to 6 months after they were dispatched, so make sure to get in touch within that window please! I will not be able to replace your lost order if you contact me more than 6 months after the package was dispatched. Thank you!

If you have not submitted your survey or fixed your payment method by the 31st of August, your pledge will be cancelled and any payments made will be considered a donation to the campaign. Please contact BackerKit support if you are having trouble.

I am having a little bit of time off now! I have anual leave booked, and will not be reachable until after the 21st of July. Shipping will resume after this date. BackerKit support can help you with most pledge related issues in this time, and if they cannot I shall get back to you upon my return. Thank you!

Pins have arrived!! I have been busy checking them and will be ready to start shipping from next week. I will be setting addresses to lock in 48 hours, so please make sure your shipping address is correct! Once dispatch has begun, I will post regular updates to let you all know how it is going. 

It is going to take me at least a few weeks to get everything shipped out, but considering the timeline was to start shipping in October I think we're doing pretty well so far 😂

Hello all! A few designs have been completed and photos have been sent over by my manufacturer. How great do these look??

The rest of the designs are still being finished off but it won't be long until they are all done and on their way to me!
